Big winners at the AA rosette awards

Three AA rosettes are awarded to restaurants achieving standards that demand national recognition beyond their local area.

The Caterer

The Michelin-starred restaurant at the Driftwood hotel in Cornwall has appointed Oliver Pierrepoint as head chef.

Pierrepoint will take over the reigns of the kitchen on 7 August from Chris Eden who is moving to the role of executive head chef at Gidleigh Park in Chagford, Devon, after 12 years at Driftwood.
